
My Approach
Our sessions will aim to be focused, relational, gentle in pace and deep in experiential process. This means that I attune to body-mind connection, closely tracking and responding to the rhythm of your system in the present moment. My therapeutic lens is attachment-based, body focused and relationally oriented. My practice further informed by solution focused, ACT, IFS, Hakomi, Mindfulness and compassion based approaches.

My Philosophy
As reflective of my passions in both conventional and alternative healing, my approach is integrative and eclectic. I intend to merge relational, emotionally focused, and somatic therapy, from a lens of wholeness as wellness. Those who enjoy working with me appreciate an open mind and heart, relational connection as a means of healing, slowing the pace and simplifying. We will employ a diverse set of tools that support you to work with thought forms, more effectively manage emotions, and return to a natural state of embodied experience so that you can live your life with empowerment and ease.
